As a young, technology-focused company our shop drawing process sets us apart from our competitors. We generate shop drawings by modelling the precast elements or adding a level of development to the precast elements in an existing structure model. All shop drawings are generated using Revit. This allows us to coordinate the precast concrete elements alongside the designers and subcontractors involved in the project.
Precast HQ offers a range of specialist services to help meet the concrete demands of our clients.

Our Services

Manufacturing
Our manufacturing facility has been purpose-built. With a capacity to store thousands of square meters of precast, we can deliver large quantities in a short time frame.
We employ our own reinforcing fixers who pre-fabricate reinforcing cages for fixing efficiency and accuracy. Our steel casting tables have been designed by industry experts and have a reticulated heating system that ensures rapid curing of our panels reducing the chance of damage during demoulding. Each project we document the manufacturing and approval process of each precast panel. This allows us to produce a quality assurance report that will accompany a PS3 for every contract that Precast HQ delivers.

Installation
In partnership with Tower Cranes New Zealand, we offer clients a precast installation service. By modelling the precast concrete elements in Revit during the shop drawing process, Precast HQ can coordinate the precast elements with the rest of the structure to ensure the installation process is simple and efficient.
